Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.
Orders are shipped typically within 2-3 days from the time the order is placed. Shipping time is stated on the checkout page as delivery days vary based on region and weight. Shipping cost is calculated depending on the delivery address and weight of the order.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, courier mistakes, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred. There will be no refunds given for these circumstances. If the courier failed to deliver, once proven by the tracking number the order did not complete, we will only be able to solve this with a reshipment.
IMPORTANT:
We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We will not issue refunds to packages returned to the sender for any reason.
Please ensure the correct shipping details are entered when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the returned or lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at support@boostmyreviews.io as soon as possible. We will not be able to give a full refund. We will, however, be able to give you a reshipment at the cost of $10 for shipping.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 1 (one) hour of placing them. After this period, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled. This policy ensures prompt processing and delivery of orders.
Return Window: Customers have a 30-day period from the date of item delivery to initiate a return or request a replacement. This window is strictly enforced to maintain efficiency in our operations.
Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, items must be shipped back to our designated warehouse using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. The items must be in their original condition. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is mandatory for processing the return.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees. These fees are non-refundable and must be paid upfront. We encourage customers to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and documented delivery of their returns.
Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, contact our customer support at support@boostmyreviews.io. Returns must be pre-approved by our team. Unauthorized returns, or returns without prior communication, will not be processed or accepted.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Original order shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable. Please be aware that the processing time for the refund can vary based on original payment method and may take some time to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items Policy
In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide proof such as photographs or videos to support your claim. This proof must be submitted to support@boostmyreviews.io within 30 days of receiving the item. Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will proceed with a free reshipment of the item to you. It is important to note that we do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items. By making a purchase from our store, customers agree to accept a free reshipment as the sole resolution for such issues, acknowledging that refunds are not an available option for damaged or defective goods.
